Standart business conditions

  I. Validity
The deliveries of our company are carried out exclusively due to these business conditions.


II. Completion of a contract
The completion of the contract takes place with the delivery of the product.


III. Price
All prices, which are mentioned by us in the shop are final consumer prices and contain the respectively valid value added tax and the tax on liquor at the time of order.
Transportation costs are calculated in addition.

IV. Delivery
We deliver to Austria and Germany with a parcel service or forwarding agency of our choice. If a delivery isn't possible at the given address, the customer has to pay for additional costs for the return transport or for a new dispatch.

V. Product specification 
The description of our products regarding taste and flavor reflect our impressions and is not legally definite.

VI. Payment
The payment takes place in the course of the order in the shop or upon receipt of the product. We are authorized to make a choice between charging the replacement of the damage or charging default interest in legal height. Our company is authorized in the case of delay in payment of the customer to require compound interests starting at the day of handing over the product. The product remains our property until the payment is completed.

VII. Contract repudiation
The consumer can withdraw, in distance selling, from the contract within 7 working days. The period starts with the day of receipt of the product at the consumer. It suffices to adhere to the resignation within this period. If the consumer withdraws from the contract in accordance with this determination, he has to bear the costs of the return of the product. If the product can’t be delivered back in the same condition, the consumer have to provide us a compensation for the lost value.

VIII. Faulty or damaged delivery
Unsatisfactory goods must be notified immediately to us by the customer. If the delivery is obviously damaged, it must be recorded at the acceptance of the delivery.

IX. Place of jurisdiction
Austrian law is valid. The contract language is German. The contracting parties agree on an Austrian, domestic jurisdiction. Kitzbühel is place of jurisdiction and place of performance.

X. Tax on liquor
At the transport of products containing liquor within the EU member states, consuming regulations relating to taxation law have to be considered.

As authorized retailers between EU member states we are obliged in accordance with liquor tax law to pay the tax on liquor in every member state in which the product is consumed. Since the alcohol tax rate is higher in Austria than in Germany, we have to charge you a higher alcohol tax for the dispatch to Germany and hand it in to the customs authorities for you.
